we all have a bodypart we like, a bodypart we aspire to have...
we want to be the best, but there is always someone better...
when it comes to training, the saying "its not how much you lift but how much u look like you lift gets tossed around a bit".
so im giving you the chance to show what you got
for those who have read the post "what are your heaviest lifts" and had alot to say but not alot to show here is your opportunity.
we all want to see what your best bodypart looks like. one for motivation and two for you to shine.
