Training during the season. Need some ideas

Any suggestions please,

Usually i train 4 days a week with this split

Chest/Bis
Back/Tris
Abs/Legs
Shoulders/Taps

I play rugby during the summer so usually stop going to the gym during the season due to a hectic training schedule, however this winter i have made some pretty good gains and dont wont to lose much strength or size. I have got 2 spare evenings and want to cram in sessions in these 2 nights.

Any ideas on some decent splits that will help keep my strength and size up without destroying me!

You can try push muscles on one evening and pull muscles on the other evening. For example:

Evening one(push muscles):
Chest
Shoulders
tri's
quads

Evening two(pull muscles):
Back
Bi's
Hams


Or you could try

Evening 1:
Chest/back/delts

Evening 2:
Legs/arms


Just be sure to watch your volume when you are pairing so many muscle groups together.
 
If it were me, I'd work on any areas you find are falling behind the rest, otherwise probably circuit training would be a good idea.
As far as maintaining your muscle, I would think you need to increase your calorie intake to keep up with the physical demands of rugby.
