I've been trying to put together a somewhat organized training log book and was wondering are there any that are already set-up to enter results that I can buy?

They have programs that can go on those pocket PC that you can carry around with you at the gym and enter the info as you go. PDAs (Personal Desk Assistant) can get expensive though. Ive been looking at them for my wife they run for about $129 to $599. If I remember right in one of these personal trainer magazines I get there is something in there that is especially just for the gym but i cant remember what it was called, but if you get the PDA you can use it for just more than for the gym.

What do you have on your computer for programs. Mine came with Microsoft Works which has a training log. I customized it to fit my workout and made a template. Now I can enter my numbers and print out a weekly log sheet or you can print it out a blank log and fill it in at the gym.
