Thus far I've been working out six days a week and working only one bodypart/muscle per day (chest, shoulders, legs, etc.). I didn't read this anywhere, I just started doing it on the premise that if I focused on each muscle that it would allow me to work that much harder and promote better growth.
Lately a few people on this board have initmated that working multiple muslces per day would promote even better growth. Add to that the fact that many people (who post their routines) seem to use the mutiple muscle approach.
So, I must be missing something. I should point out that I am seeing growth, I just wonder if by changing my routine that I might see more.
So my questions:
1) Can I see better growth by changing my routine?
2) What is a good starting split?
Thanks for any info!
