Not sure if this should be in the anabolics forum...if so, mods please move it.

Should a person be training any different while on juice. By that I mean can the number of training days be increased etc.

I am not sure if I should plan a routine around a bodypart a day or go for an upper lower 4 day split where everything gets worked around twice a week?

Also is something like 5x5 good while juiceing or should training be more in the 'hypertrophy' rep range so to speak?

Ultimately size will come down to calories ingested...?

Any experiences or suggestions?

i would train 4days on 1 day off 3 days on 2 days off ect, ect. if u want train in the am and pm = 2xs ed on w/o days thats a great regime, thats how i train if my schedule allows me too. also, if other people post take there ideas also and find one u like that works for u. thats just how i train, u choose wats best for you.

Yeh in the past I have had most success with bodypart / day splits. Just thinking of switching to a more abbreviated routine while juicing to focus on getting all core compounds up as quick as possible by training them twice a week.
Will have a look around as I am sure it has been discussed before, just wanted anyones personal experiences! thanks unclem...also will PM you back soon
