Training plan 5 weeks out from show...

5 weeks out from my first show in 20+ years and looking for some training plan feedback and suggestions. I feel and look to be on target so no real weak areas where I need to focus. Just finished my cycle of alternating 10X10s and 5X5s so need to switch it up. Any advice or plans you can share would be appreciated.

are you running any gear? Is your pre-contest diet laid out?
 
exphys88, no gear this time around and I think I'm good on pre-contest diet but certainly would take feedback. I'm continuing to lean out with about 3300 cals mainly from fish, red meat, and greens. Some carbs from sweet potatoes. Probably won't change until 3 weeks out or so and will change depending on what the mirror tells me as well as body fat. BCAAs and glutemine are my primary supps. right now. Obviously will carb deplete and flush the water. I have my workouts as well as my diet journaled from my show back in the day but things have changed since then so looking for some info.
 
Honestly, this is not my area of expertise. I was just wondering about how you were gonna keep the bloat down if you were running gear, and what your diet was like to dry you out.
It sounds like you have this planned out well though.
