I am a rugby player in the uk, im 5'10, 210lbs, im benching 264lbs, squating 475lbs, dead lifting 500lbs and ran 40meters in 5.42s, I want to get stronger and faster without comprimising my endurance as i have to play for 80minutes flat out.

I am currently in my last week of a strength phase, and will be moving into a power (spped/strength) phase, i have been taking protein, carbs and creatine in a shake with bcaa, l-glutamine and beta-alanine. I have also just started takin ZMA and tribulus terrestris in the evenings.

Are there any supplements that i should consider taking to spike my performance, i have ordered some CLA as i have read good things about it. I have also heard that HGH is very good (although illeagal).

zma, trib and cla are all useless. look into some creatine cocktails like clout, sizeon etc. especially clout.

I agree w/nni on the Clout recommendation. A cocktail including amino acids, creatine, beta-alanine, electrolytes, carbohydrates among other things would be a great choice for your needs.

How many calories are you getting? Fats, carbs, protein???

Im tryin my best to up my calorie intake, but have been struggling the last few weeks, im looking at aroun 3500cals, coming mainly from carbs, with about 100grams of protien and probably a bit too much fat
