Everyday after school i have a 2.5 hour long practice....i was thinking about going to the gym before school at about 6. Practice starts at 330. Is that enough time inbetween working out and doing all that running?
Working out at 6:00 am should be fine...I am guessing that you are in High school and if you feed your body well working out in the morning and running in the afternoon should be no problem...Heck at your age you could probably workout at 6:00 am, run for 2.5 hours in the afternoon and then hit the weights again for a pm workout.
provided you are getting the right nutrition and rest... and you are increasing your weights it shouldn't be a problem, but if you find yourself lagging then yes you might have to reevaluate something.
