I am pressed for time this week which means only 2 days at the gym. I was going to do legs and chest today. I'm bulking BTW so my workouts are heavy, intense and pretty short. Is it pointless to do two large muscle groups in one day. My workout today would probably be something like this:
Squats 5 sets
Leg extentions 3 sets
calfs 2 sets
Flat dumbell 4 or 5 sets
Inline BB 2 or 3 sets
A little tricep work too.
I am going to do this workout since I pretty much have to. I was just curious, for the future, if this is beneficial or bad idea.
