Tricep Bar Routine help!!!!
Okay. All I have at home is a tricep bar with 80 lbs of free weights. I have started training again 3 weeks ago and need to know what are some good exercises I can do with it. Currently I am doing arm curls (close and wide grip), Presses from chest to fully extending up above head and laying on floor(bench style).
I am 33 yrs old.

okay figure with a sad belly.. about 1 inch pinch that sticks out. :|
I have been eating properly - 5 times a day
I am looking to build arm, chest, shoulders, back and abs! Knees have both been broke and can nolonger do strength exercises on legs. excpet for fast paced walking on tread!
Any and all help is appreciated!
