My gf says she doesn't feel any different, but she does feel warmer than usual, could be her metabolism is higher.
Lately shes had bad gas too, she claims it's the trimspa for a while she was blaming it on the dogs.

I have 3 American Eskies (my gallery) that live in the house with our cat, 3 more dogs outside, 1 saved from the Humane society he had parvo as a pup so his front legs are stiff, then my gf's mom has 2 Keeshonds in the back house. My girl Linda has a soft heart for animals too.

Now this is a FIRST I have heard of TRIM SPA though, gas?!?!?!?! Yeow! No no no JL must be a lady at all times, lol... ;-)

I do have a friend who works at a pharmacy and I sent her on a little private mission. The bottles are so dark blue she said you can't see through to the pills on the inside to get an idea of the size, etc. Can we say TRYING TO HIDE SOMETHING?!

I do know they are large pills but I am hearing such crazy things of how many times a day you take them etc. Lordy, this is turning into perhaps more of a headache then I thought, yet, still considering starting them... :/

What I always love doing once I get back home, Marley comes outside with me and we water the flowers on the deck, just a few, but man do I give those flowers my all... and then I read for a while enjoying the sun, and what happens an hour later... thunderstorm... Not certain if it even rained yesterday though, I was distracted... lol...

I heard another one is coming today. I love thunder, I just wish I could ACTUALLY enjoy it more than through a window in a tiny room...

Middle New Jersey, I am sure you can understand that, where there is nothing more than cows, corn, and well... more cows and corn for miles on end. It this were MY HOME then of course, I would love it, but my house, my house must be near the ocean so I can hear the whales singing to eachother at night time and watch the little lizards slither across my paths into the grass... and of course, you can't forget those lady bugs. Privacy is a MUST for me, so we'll see, just another dream I hope will come true. I'd also love to have a home in London, but we'll see. Maybe my candy factory I intend on building and showcasing all over the world (Look out Mr.Wonka, Jamie Leigh is a comin to take over the CANDY CROWN! ;-)) will be my true home away from home, my own little Neverland if you will... Eccentricities, gotta love 'em...

Anywhere I can be barefoot 24/7 and read and write, eat candy, and save and heal animals is the place I want to be so...

To Head This Back To The Beginning If I May...

In an attempt to gear this back to my original topic, I want to again ask about the Trim Spa and any last and final opinions and/or advice.

If I choose to begin, I will start taking the pills this coming Saturday in the AM. So I still have a few days left to decide or toss about some gossip good or bad considering what I have shared and you have come to know of me. Of course if anyone still needs any tid bits to give some advice on me or my health etc. than please by all means feel free to ask and write them here and then I will respond as soon as I get to them.

Still going for anyone curious, not really anything truly noticeable though a bit disappointed... tremendous working out (natural, walking constantly, etc.) hardly eating as is, even before because of just very stressful time.... very, very frustrated, nothing seems to help... I just wish I were healthy again.

Personally, If I were you, I would quit applying my focus on TrimSpa, and start looking more into your mentality. Having a positive attitude, reading inspiring books, praying/meditating, writing and just having a more overall sense of wellbeing is the first factor of being healthy again.

If your looking to eat more, and eat healthier, and want to have a more stress-free environment, trying learning some new trades, or find something different to do on a weekly basis. When you workout, do it INTENSE and make sure you make progress each week. Practice martial arts, yoga or some form of relaxing exercise or meditation.

If you like helping vurnerable people, many people may laugh, but you sound like a good police officer Or at least you would be a good one.
