im 38 6 ft 175 im lifting 1 body part a day eating turkey burgers,chicken breasts,tilapia,tua,2 protien shakes,cottage cheese ad eggs why i am i not gaining weight?thank you
 
You're not gaining weight because you are still eating fewer calories than you need.
