Trying to talk my my 57 year old dad into HRT.... HELP

Like the title says, my old man is 57 and I would like him to seriously look into HRT, test and gh. Does anyone have any resources that could help me sway the old fella? He's semi skeptical at this point and I really would like him to take a close look at it. Alll help is appreciated.

bro the only help i can give you is from personal experience- dont waste your time- i tried the same shit with my dad now he just thinks im a dope junkie- them old guys still think steroids are taboo and are so closed minded they will never get it throught here heads its ok to use just not abuse

Ask him to talk to his doctor about getting a baseline hormone panel done, yanno, for in case he needs it later so he'll know what his level was when he was younger. That'll at least get the ball rolling.

This^ . also research some articles on it and provide him with the info. I got my day an appointment tomorrow actually lol. It took 6 months to get in but I got him to go and he is excited about it because he works out hard for his age and is in great shape if he gets a script he will really be hitting it hard and making gains that he deserves as well as feeling better. You can't force it though. All you can do is provide the evidence and have him talk to a good doc.
