tuna. how much is to much? i have been told it has mercury in it. good bad
all things come from the sea has mercury in it.
what are your views?

Tuna is one of the basic foods of bodybuilding small in calories, sometimes no carbs, a few vitamins, loads of protein. If I were you I would take at least 1Xyour lean body weight in lbs, bodybuilders take anywhere from 1X to 2X depending on activity and progession, with tuna watch it about the carbs having scarce amounts it can really drain your energy if eaten with nothing throughout the day. If tuna was so bad for you so many bodybuilders wouldn't be eating it as they are and you will have heard at least some report of bad side effects.

i always wondered what tuna tasted like. I'm too scared to try it :scared:. But I dont think tuna is bad for you, unless you eat way too much of it.

If your a male, don't worry about the mercury in tuna. But don't eat exclusively tuna, get a wide variety of complete protein sources - eggs, lean meant, chicken etc

High mercury should only be a worry on albacore, not as much on chunk light. At least, thats what the rumor is.

Twice a week!

Tuna only twice a week? That's not very much...
