1. Dont leave the lemon on the counter when you bring fish for 3 of your meals at work! When you take the fucking lemon outta the fridge put that shit in the lunchbox right away. Reason being: cause if your like me and cook your fish properly (meaning you dont fry it or cover it in sauce) you need all the help you can getting that shit down. :clapping::clapping::clapping:

Today was COD, I put a light dust of cajun spice on it and bake it for 25 minutes. I switch the fish up, but this white fish is rough sometimes, the lemon really helps without add a whole bunch of shit to it.

2. Cook the fucking fish all the way, cause soggy shit that holds water sucks balls
 
3. Dont skip meals! just because you dont eat doesn't mean you will lose weight. You may accidentally trick your body into thinking its starving consequentially storing fat instead of shedding it.
