Tyrone Prothro is number one in this compilation video. Here's a frame from that YouTube. Prothro caught the ball behind his competitor's back and held on for the touchdown!

Sad story, though, as Prothro, according to his Wikipedia entry, "suffered a complete fracture of both major bones (tibia and fibula) of his lower left leg against the Florida Gatorshttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2005_Florida_Gators_football_team on October 1, 2005, ending his junior season.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tyrone_Prothro#cite_note-6 Despite extensive rehabilitation and three separate surgeries, Prothro was unable to resume his football career. On August 3, 2007, he was placed on a medical hardship scholarship and taken off the football roster with coach Nick Sabanhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nick_Saban saying there was no way Prothro could play again."

Here's a YouTube of the catch and the discussion by the announcers:

Very sad story. Heard he is working as a bank teller these days. Probably would have gotten drafted pretty high after finishing college, if he'd stayed healthy.

That's too bad. That's why these guys turn pro so young, bypassing their 2-3 years left of college eligibility. Gotta make it while you can.

I would!
