Boxer's pound the shit out of each other's heads repeatedly. These fighter's are all punch drunk by the time they are 40 years old. Not to mention if you get knocked silly, all you have to do is get up and say your ok, so you can take 10 more shots to the head. I'm not saying UFC fighter dont get serious injuries, but you rarely see these guys that can't talk straight anymore, like you do in boxing.

Everyone hates on the UFC and PRIDE because all they see is the brutal knockouts. But then they watch Boxing and see a boxer get up repeatedly and think everything is all good. The journalists should do better research and get a better understanding before bashing the sport.

P.S. I didn't read the article, I just know most journalists think that MMA is too violent and will eventually kill people.

It is a surprise, because you know the US Baseball magazines/papers always report on what's going on in Japanese baseball, it makes no sense that an American newspaper would use the champion from the US MMA organization as the basis for their article. Retard.
