I'll keep this short and to the point. Started lifting at 15 got injured before turning 17 but went back now I am almost 19 and fat again! Two years without lifting or watching my diet because of personal bullsh*t and injuries have added into layes of fat.

Its time to get back to the scene and get f*cking psycho again. Been working out my diet, routine, and stack so watchout for my follow up pictures. Its a long and hard road ahead but thats the best part.
