Do I have to sign on dom.(USA) orders? Also, minimum is like $15 over what I want to try out. Any wiggle room there? Don't really want to order something else, which will put me over min. by like $100. Sorry for the potentially stupid questions.

Our min order is 150$ but if you'll make an order 20-25$ less than min we'll send you your stuff don't worry

My order was marked "Shipped" as of Oct 31....Still haven't received a thing. i contacted them via "tickets" and after the 4 ticket submitted and speaking to them via chat they said they will reship. Should I hold my breath? I am not happy with the level of service received from Naps. And before anyone starts to flame my post I understand what we are ordering, even though my order was just my PCT stuff. I understand the nature of this type of business. However, I am also a paying customer and expect some level of customer service for example my levels of communications answered and not just closed or ignored. People all over the place are always quick to say " they are the best" "GTG" and all this and that but I have not experienced any of this as of yet from them. And when I do I will be sure to post it. As of now, I consider myself beat!.

As for Uncle Z, yes I will say I am happy with their level of service. Why? Well I had questions and I received answers to them all within 2 days. My Order came in around the usual time frame that it does for everyone. I was actually surprised. The only small thing and I do mean SMALL thing that was off on my order was that although the bottles i ordered said 20ml vials I got 2 10ml instead. Again NOTa big deal at all. But I am being fair as to the service I have received from both.
