anything over ten points diastolic for their baseline in an otherwise healthy adult is cause for concern..are you gonna die? probably not. should it be taken care of, yes.
I actually was premed for a while, neurobiology to be exact...I left it to do that and take care of my kids...plus there was this whole war thing I got dragged off to do that sort of took the thrill out of civilian ems.
I worked out of a level one trauma center, one of two in the state...before the munip gig.
I did a whole lot of gomers/nothing and a whole lotta traumas.
