Is this undertraining?

I do a push pull, 2 days on/1 off. 3 sets per BP. Pyramid (1st is warm up- easy/ 2nd medium/ 3rd heavy) About 12-15 sets total per WO. Just the major lifts/no frills. Trying to put on muscle.

That's like 4-5 exercises @3 sets a piece....definitely "enough" if you are in fact doing big compound lifts...

Might I recommend some form of periodization with a set rep scheme, as opposed to a pyramid rep scheme....IMHO there is no comparison.
