A little bit of background first so you understand where I am coming from with the question:

I have been doing a lot of research the past month or two about AAS and will continue to do so. I guess my question has to do with long-term use of AAS. I am in my mid 20's and have been weight lifting for many years and looking to take my first cycle later this year. Long term wise, my goal is to take gear off and on for a long time (i.e. like Louie Simmons has admitted he has been taking AAS for 38 plus years). I know in order for that to be possible you have to be very smart about how much/what you take and not abuse it. I am looking to take it in low-to-moderate dosages.

Ok given all that backstory, here are the questions: I had in mind for my first cycle to do Test-E (not sure of the dosage yet) for a 12 week cycle, followed then by PCT. What should my PCT be (Just Nolvadex?) and how long should my PCT last? And when my PCT is finished, should I go right back on another cycle of gear or take a month or two off to clean my system out of any drugs before I start back on another cycle? I ask that because I didn't know if it was a good idea health wise to go from a PCT right back to another AAS cycle (especially if I end up adding another compound on my second cycle).

Thanks in advance.

True but none of that covers the "specific" last two sentences that I wrote in the last paragraph. I figured it would make it easier to answer if I provided a little bit of background like I did.

i personally believe that long term effects have allot to do with genetics. There is no definitive answer that can be given. Liver problems, heart problems, becoming steril, and ect. I know guys that have been trying to have kids for years that use gear and others that abuse gear that have tons of kids running around and never come off. Just take HCG and clomid. There is a huge responsibility to do it properly if your going to be doing it long term. Getting blood work done regularly, spending cash on supporting sups along with ai/pct. Donating blood to reduce chance of hemocrit, and the list goes on. Remember this is not some thing from GNC your putting into your body..

Start slow man 2 cycles a year is nice and moderate. Check the stickies it's all there plus some .

The younger you are the longer between cycles the better. You want full recovery before starting again. You realistically can only know full recovery after a complete blood analysis and sperm analysis. As was stated, minimum time on = time off. I would spend as much time reading the stickies on every steroid forum you can find(there are more than a handful, hint).

just google all your exact questions and a bunch of different forums/ blogs/ and websites will come up answering every question you have about aas/pct, you just have to kick back and hit the books and read read read do your research, it'll all come togather

Be honest, you haven't done jack crap for research.

Time on + PCT = Minimum time off, depending on how harsh your cycle was.

Do realize that even from one cycle you may never recover regardless how good your PCT is.

Be smart about your choices and weigh what is important to you.

AAS is no joke, there can be some serious results that will affect you long term.

If having kids are very important to you think twice about waiting or possibly storing some sperm. You can reduce your chances of having kids or even become infertile.

Everyone is affected differently, some recover great and continue to do every time. Some do one cycle and their system is screwed up.

I wouldn't know anything about the above though. Listen to good advice given, trust me. Really do your homework before you cycle and be honest with your questions great people will help but in the end its YOUR body.

This. Most people don't really think about this before hand, including JC himself.
