Ok well i posted a thread a awhile back with my list of supplement and I got a few suggestions and took them to heart and changed it up a little bit. Let me know what you think.


Animal Pak-1 pak a day w/ first meal
Fish Body Oil
Beta-Alanine-1 1/2 before workout
L-Carnitine-1 hour before workout
Super Pump-1/2 hour before workout

Post-Workout
On Gold Standard Whey Protein
Creatine Monohydrate
Beta-Alanine
L-Carnitine
L-Glutamine
 
Animal Pak-1 pak a day w/ first meal**expensive multis but fine
Fish Body Oil**10g per day is good
Beta-Alanine-1 1/2 before workout **might be useful
L-Carnitine-1 hour before workout** complete waste of money unless you have a mitochodrial disorder
Super Pump-1/2 hour before workout** makes you look pretty. Won't hurt you.

Post-Workout
On Gold Standard Whey Protein** chocolate is my favourite, tastes like not too shitty chocolate milk, especially if you add dextrose.
Creatine Monohydrate** food
Beta-Alanine
L-Carnitine**again, complete waste of money. Spend your cash on steak.
L-Glutamine** complete waste of money. Berardi and Barr suggest spending your hard-earned cash on hookers instead.
