upper body?

any body have ideas on what would be good to lose fat on the upper body? I'm 216 and and my height is 5'8. i am starting to eat right,i just not sure what to do exercise wise. :hmmm: please get back. :p
 
You cant spot reduce....the best thing you can do is train 3-5 times a week and get on a good heatlty diet.
 
yeah i am trying to eat right. do you know if sit-ups will help?
 
Go to the diet & nutrition section. Exercise will help you lose some body fat, but diet is going to be the limiting factor.
 
you want to lose fat? ever heard of cardio?
 
yeah, its running, treadmill and other exersise with out weights. I dont know much about bodybuilding myself but im pretty sure running will help you lose weight.
 
yeah i been running like 2 miles a day. thanks alot lexusgs
