Is it Normal that I can not get a good work out without having a pre-workout stimulant? I am using Redline, only 5ml on days that I work out! when I take this on an empty stomach I just blast through my workouts! I know it is not a mental cruch because I tried working out a few times without it and I had very ungratifying workouts....... Are there others out there like me who need that extra boost and edge when working out? Are there any drawbacks to relying on pre-workout stimulants/thermogenics if only used on workout days, say using them 4-5 days during a 7 day week? thanx
