VASCULARITY ... I want to see more veins by Spring

Hey all ... I am in bulking stage and using creatine, which is putting more water in my body than I like (I'm filling out way fast)... I will eventually cut creatine intake in 1-2 months, but I seriously want to increase the veins that appear in my body (especially arms, hands) as I ramp-up to more lean muscle mass ... ANY suggestions?? ... someone suggested I run more at that time to increase blood flow ...

Are there any supplements/vitamins I can take tro increase bllod flow?
 
The more fat you gain the less vascular you will be, so if your goal it truely to be vascular then getting very lean would accomplish this best.

Why are you going to cut creatine in one to two months?
 
I don't want to get too big ... I gain weight very easily and I have slow metabolism ... I have to be very careful of what I eat ... the 4-5 small meals a day(lots of protein)/plus protein shake/w creatine and lots of water and lifting is packing on denisty to my frame and I thought by cutting creatine it would chop water weight so I could can start seeing veins faster
 
as I just said, to increase vascularity you need to get leaner, as in lose body fat.

creatine really only causes intramuscular water retention and would have very little effect on vascularity, there is no reason to stop taking it.
 
Yeah carl, focus on reducing your bodyfat %, and vascularity will become more and more prominent.

Also, make sure that youre drinking a lot of water.
