Aside from low body fat percentage, anyone aware of alternative methods in getting your veins up?
 
I've been taking nx6 from complete nut and it seems to increase blood flow noticeably.
 
bigger muscles, cialis, carbs!
 
Make sure you've had enough water throughout the day you have plenty of sodium but not in excess also that you had carbs other than that a lot of it is genetics and also just a low body fat content

almost any of the pre-workout supps work for me..i'm using the muscle pharm NO caps and i like them..and there not to loaded with stims that your all cracked out..
 
Lowering body fat and doing high rep range intense sets.

I suppose L-arginine or L-citrulline could help...possibly...maybe. Might as well shoot for low BF %, at least its something that you know will get you all veiny. Unlike dropping 50-100$ on NO2 supplements/preworkout when you could spend that in a supplying yourself with a good diet based on cutting weight to obtain the vascular physique.:joint:
