Are veggie burgers a healthy alternative to hamburgers? I love hamburgers but the fat content is ridiculous.

Are veggie burgers a healthy alternative to hamburgers? I love hamburgers but the fat content is ridiculous.

Most store bought "boxed" Veggie burgers are very high in sodium. I don't know if you like to cook or not, but you can search the web for recipes and get more out nutritionally then the store bought ones. I was veghead for tens years and I ran the gamut of all the crap out there and ended up doing my own. good luck
