Veins popping in your forehead during a workout?

I know this is kind of a weird topic, but does anyone notice veins popping out in their forehead during strenuous workouts? I do have kind of high blood pressure which I am trying to get down, so I'm sure that has something to do with it. Maybe not a big deal, but I have been noticing this only recently.

Other than undue pressure from incorrect breathing I think its a matter of how veiny you are. Some people just have bigger veins in their head.
