The instructions say to not take more than 5ml a day. I assume this is for liablity reasons. Is anyone else taking this? Does it work faster if you take more than the 5ml a day, or would that just be wasting it. Also, has anyone had any negative effects while using this, or know of any independent research on it's positive and negative effects? I'm also curious if this product would be counterproductive while bulking.
 
my friend started taking Redline about a week ago. The only side effects hes had are jitters, where he starts shaking pretty bad, but then again that's what the stuff is supposed to do. He only takes 5ml a day so i don't know about 10ml a day, sorry.
 
On bulk, its only (worthwhile) use would be as a pre-workout stimulant. Many think it is great for that, some report jitters and naseau, and some (like me) did not notice anything.

But that is no suprise for me -- as very little has a stimulant effect on me.

So if you use it as a stimulant, you'll have to see for yourself what is an optimal dosage.

If you use it as a thermogenic, save it for a cut. I have not tried it for fat loss, and honestly I have not seen any feedback on it for fat loss, but on paper it is a solid thermogenic.
 
I used it on a cut, did 5 mL 2 x a day.

Pretty good results, would say it is mild, but very similar to T3 in that you will get hot flashes, but you will also get cold flashes as well.

Didn't really work as a stimulant for me, but I was on low cals anyway.
 
I have taken 10ml at once and have experienced nothing at all, maybe just a slight feeling of warmth but thats it. I did not experience any side effects and for me i dont think this is an effective product, IMO
 
is there a better product you recommend (besides ECA)? Anyone compare redline performance to something like Avant H.E.A.T? I have been taking Redline for about 4 weeks now, and I had impressive results the first 2 weeks, and lately it has stopped doing much. (I'm also doing HIIT and strict diet) I had dropped from 12% to 8% bf, and my goal is 5%. Also, I've been in a real down mood lately and way more irritable and impatient than normal... wonder if that's a side effect from the redline.
 
my best results from Redline. 6ml 20 min before 20 min HIIT cardio. some use it pre wt work out as well.

diets and cardio routine's will make anybody moody.:D
 
thanks tank, this is my first experience trying to cut, so the diet and cardio might definitely have something to do with :mad:

my last two cuts have been fairly easy, my wife and step kids and members of this board had alot to do with staying SANE. its tough, but the end result is awesome.!!!!!!

Its due to plummeting leptin levels. Redline will not (should not) make you moody.

When I take Redline I usually feel like killing everyone in my path. I go to the gym angry. Don't get in my way when I'm on Redline cause it gets me VERY intense. Not sure why, but this is what it does to me.
 
Placebo. Or it could be the taste. :D

Definitely not the taste cause I actually like it. Placebo...100% not.
 
I actually like the taste too, I was jus playin. When I was cutting it was as if it was the only thing I ingested that even remotely tasted good, and that includes the food. :D

Redline did the same for me. I dont like the jitters I got from it, but I've always had a low tolerance to stimulants. I definitely felt more aggressive when using the stuff. Kinda liked it, too. :D

I have noticed my workout intensity goes way up when taking this pre-workout.

People in my gym KNOW when I'm on Redline cause they see how I attack the weights rather than lift them, and how I really don't talk to anyone, but rather have this look of being in my own world...my own, scary world...:mad:

We have a growing pool of people who LOVE H.E.A.T. Stack pre-workout, and it is pretty similar to Redline. I think Alpha-Y in HEAT is a great chemical, for pre-workout, but I also think hordenine, tyramine, and evodiamine are as well (and, a couple other goodies in Redline aren't bad)

We also have a growing pool of people that LOVE Redline pre-workout, with some liking the RTD even better than the regular version (supposedly we have more versatility with the delivery system with the RTD). I'm sure HEAT is very good too, and I plan on giving it a test run, along with a few other Avant products in the near future.
 
thanks for the responses guys, i actually ordered H.E.A.T a few days ago out of curiosity. I'll post any comparison once I try it.
