Waist versus Pounds Ratio

There's a rule of thumb that gives the ratio of pounds reduced to inches reduced off of your waist, but I can't remember or find what it is.

Does anyone know that?

That's because it doesn't exist. You may lose 5 lbs of fat, but if it all comes off of your ass then your waist is no smaller. Fat storage is all genetics/gender based.
