Hey i wake up at 6am to eat breakfast so i can stay on a good eating schedule and i just wanted to clear something up. would going to sleep after breakfast until my next meal at 9am make alot of fat be stored? cuz there aint much to do at 630 after i eat.

Yes. Eating after a meal is the fastest way to store fat. That is one of the ways sumo wrestlers put on weight.

^^^your like me, i set my alarm clock, although since on vacation, ive been on this board all night so i eat every three hours or so. but when iam in work mode, i set my clock for 2 am in morning to get my 7th and final meal in before i get back on the floor at the hospital in the am as i do 24 hr shifts. but i train around my work. never miss a day i have to wiggle things around alot to get my 4days on 2 off schedule but i do it brother. sometimes its inpossible to do so i just no because i get my schedule in a month advance to set my workouts to fit the best i can. sometimes, i have to do 3on 1off 2on or some shit but i hit it 2xs a day most always, so theres no excuses. none damn it. as long as i get my 1 bodypart a wk done within that wk iam fine. but abs i do at mon-fri wkends off. cardio the same way but it gets harder doing that but the hospital does have a gym equipment there as for therapy for patients and i take full advantage of that .:clapping:

Was always curious about the waking up and eating thing. Thanks guys. Maybe some day I'll pull that off.
