WANTED: One more moderator (maybe two)

LAM???s home is at another forum. He is not a regular poster in this forum and my idea of a moderator is someone who it???s here most of the time when needed. Yeah he know more than few of the people we would like as moderators but what???s the use if he wont be here 80% of the time.

Well, the use could be that if he were a mod he`d spend more time here.....I know LAM`s base is at another forum, but he spends shit loads of time at several of them. Doesn`t matter though, as he may not want to/be able to do it as with some others.

I think knowledge is the main point for a mod in the forums mentioned here.

I am not sure what this means. Is he a mod somewhere else, sure. Is that his "home board"? I suppose. But what "loyalties" means in this context seems ambiguous.

Regardless of his other affiliation he helps out on IM tons. Easily, I have learned more from Rob in the past 1+ years than any other member here, no offense to anyone.

Despite his other affiliation he has never solicited anyone to go over there in all the time he has been there. How do I know this? Because I am certain that I know him better than anyone else on IM, and yet he has never asked me.

I still say he would make the best choice. Of course, this assumes, as Kuso stated above, that the primary criteria is knowledge, with a good dose of willingness to help out.

Someone else mentioned it, but Leslie would be a good choice as well, if her time allows her to be around more.

Well Dero, I have yet to decline anything, nor has anything been offered.

That said, I am not sure a respresentative of a supplement company makes the best choice for a moderator of a supplement forum, which, if not my most knowledgable area, is certainly the most interesting to me, and where I tend to spend the majority of my time.

TP for the smilies forum.... oh, we don't have one do we? TP would be awesome for the Training or the Supplement forum. He's knowledgeable and helpful, and has the body to prove it!

Butterfly for Open Chat or Online Diaries. She is open minded, caring, level headed and yet a lot of fun, and can hold her own in any thread (without being too overly opinionated), from political debate to post whore thread.

Yes Dino BO knows his shit but like myself swore off Steroids for life. I don't think he would be interested. I know I wouldn't have moderated anything regarding Roids. In fact I never even go in that board except to see who does.
