I am 16 years old, 5'10'' and 180 pounds. I am very into weight lifting and training with that, but when it comes to getting leaner I am lost. I really don't want to spend much money, and I obviously don't have a credit card.
The thing is, I used to be in a fitness/weight training group at my school, but now that I got a job, I dropped out. I still work out, though not as regularly, but I noticed that I lost a lot of definition in my arms, legs, etc.
I guess the bottom line is I am trying to get on track with being healthier, and I am looking for some (free) advice or a link to somewhere that has it.
