Anyways , I know it's not easy to get back on track sometimes , but from what I've seen in your journal since you restarted your healthy way of life , it seems very good . I know what you mean , its not always easy to eat within 2-3 hours. Depending on what you do. But I'm sure you'll find a way to squeeze it in your daily routine. When I'm in class , I just bring a crap load of food and I eat during my classes.
