Been in the game for a bit, just came here to expand horizons.

32 y/o 5'10'' 195#

Played around with many different routines, old school BB styles, P90X, Westside, Crossfit, Crossfit Football, Wendler 5/3/1.

Currently in 3rd round of the Wendler, been seeing pretty decent gains with it. Gonna run it for a few more months, then change things up a bit.
