wassup everybody new here my name is jay im 18 6'3 208 pounds joined here to get info on some stuff and hopefully loose 30-40 pounds also was wondering if you guys can give me any advice such as whats a good routine to start with or some good muscle enhancing or fat burning pills uhh my life isnt so speical wake up around 9 some days 12 or 1 get ready go out usally never have breakfeast go to the mall look for the ladies or hang out at my house with friends play basketball dont usally eat until about dinner time which is 7 or 8 then have a big dinner and a medium sized dessert and go on the computer until about 2 and then back to sleep i usally only drink water milk or gatorade i can only think back about 3 times in my whole life i had soda dont no why i dont like it but if u guys can give me some advice on a daily routine workout whatever and a good brand of pills that isnt like takin speed or X pills that will make my heart beat fast and go into roid rage just somethin to work with im not looking to get into like body building competions just lose some weight a 4 or 6 back will do and just a little bit ripped nothin serious i appricate your time for readin this if you did and your help would mean alot to me thankz
