I???ve been trying to drink at least 8-10 cups of water a day as recommended but I have some difficulty doing it because of bloating. How long does it take to train your body to process this much water without considerable retention? Do you do it in stages? Like the first day ??? 3glasses, second ??? 4etc..
I watch my diet and eat mostly low sodium/low salt foods. I know my body is not used to having enough water (I???ve never been a good water drinker) but now I am trying to change that. Any tips? I hate feeling bloated and it stops me from having planned workout
