Is it a bad idea to eat watermelon before bed when I am cutting? I know they have a good amount of carbs but Im not sure whether they shall turn into fat or not.
92% water. High GI...since the carbs it does have is mostly sugar but extremely low GL meaning in the overall scheme of things very little carb. It would take a lot of watermelon to induce a prominent insulin response. So long as you are tracking your cals it's fine. Cutting is mostly calorie managment.
