When Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius visited Tennessee on Friday for an outreach event on the Affordable Care Act, she received an unwelcome gift from a Republican state senator.

Brian Kelsey, the state senator, presented Sebelius with a copy of "Websites for Dummies," a reference to the disastrous rollout of the federal health-insurance website, HealthCare.gov:

The Daily News in Memphis captured the moment in which Kelsey handed the book to Sebelius. She does not look very amused:

However I find nothing funny about the facts that over 100 million taxpayer dollars were spent by the Obama administration over the past three and one half years to develop and implement this project.
Now additional taxpayer dollars have to be spent to fix it.
The contractor warned the government weeks prior to go live of the project that there were serious risks to not thoroughly testing the website and enrollment process prior to go live and the government secretary responsible for the project (HHS Sec Sebelius) gave approval to go ahead and 'turn it on' anyway.

This is an example of government incompetence and failure of government leadership at it's finest and no amount of funny cartoon misdirection is going to change those facts.
In the private sector if an executive spent over 100 million corporate dollars on a project of this magnitude, the contractor warned as to the lack of proper testing, the executive went live with it anyway and it failed then the executive that owned the project would be fired.

Sebelius should be fired by Obama for this failure at the top.
