I would take it twice a day or atleast once a day but definately everyday. I took mine after my work out (half serving only 2 scoops like i posted before then 2 other scoops an hour later for one serving). Reason being the weight gainer product is already broken down and after you work out you want something that is easy to digest and "real food" takes time to digest, where as the weight gainer is already "done" for you so to speak. Thats why i took mine after workout always.
Before work out a took a protien shake (100% whey from Optimum Nutrition) and some fruit or a cereal bar, just something to get me through and in my protien shake i added a serving of creatine. It's okay to mix them
