Hello,

My wife is looking forward to gain weight not muscle wise. She is so skinny and really wanna but some pounds and become a bit choppy. Can she use any gainers for this purpose since Thy get more carbs, protein, and vitamins? If yes, how should she use it? Note: she is not doing bodybuilding and not looking to have muscle..

Thanks,

I know but she could not each too much...

Weight gainers usually have a lot of FAT in them, they are not recommended for people that do not workout...

If she wants to gain some weight I wold recommend using a Meal Replacement Shake, they usually have less fat and concentrate on carbs and protein...

Another recommended approach is to use coconut milk and pinapple juice mixed with a protein powder like this:

This combination is very effective, specially with people with a fast metabolism.

If someone wants to gain fat they should eat as many calories as possible. The reason they don't reccomend weight gainers to people who don't work out is because not many people want to be fat.

She has no problem to put some fat in breast, butts, and face but not in abs.. will this do? and how to avoid having fat in abs?

That all depends in her genetics. There is no way to move fat to specified parts.
Usually it is equally distributed, and you can be 100% sure that the abs will be a target.
