i've been determined to loose weight sinse last year. i saw my self in a picture at my peak weight, which was 155kg (around 23 stone) or 341 pounds. the thing is i never actually thought of myself as big. i always though i was built well. we th epicture certainly came down like a slap and my senses came together. doctors always said that i was close to getting cardiac problems and diabetes and heart desease, the usual things they say.

i though dam i'm 23 and i'm gona die if i dont change my life. so i decided to start running, which i did every day for about an hour. now despite my weight i was active and able to move around ( i didnt waddle like in some people's cases) so exersize wasn't too difficult for me. i'm just a lazy guy and need the motivation to actually get up and go. i was carefull with whatr i ate. i cut out all junk food and started to eat home cooked meals. i cut out chocolate crisp, sweets etc. and belive me this was more painful than anything else as i have a massive sweet tooth.

i started to play football (soccer) more and started up a 5 a side team for powerleague. at first the weight dropped off. i would loose large amount very quickly, but then i plaetued, the weight became more difficult to shift. i tried green tea, camomile, ginger, drinking hot water before breakfast, running on an empty stomach etc... all the stuff people swear by, i tried every old wive's tale and recipees and there are some out there that are weird. i started to take some supplements but they were crap too, considering they were jam packed with artificial stuff and wern't 100% pure.

i increase my exersize and started toi eat, what i would describe as rabbit food. i never starved myself, i rate regularly when i was hungry, i ate small portions but the weight was being stubborn. then my mate reccommended fat stripper from LA Muscle so i bought it and started using it, at first i didn;t see any results but then it started to kick in and the weight started to shift slowly, i phoned the company to buy some more and told them that i found that it worked well with me, they then advised me to stack the fat strippers with out fat burners that they do, so i bought fat stripper and some of LA Muscle's other burners and it started to speed up my results.

I am now pleased to say i weight 103kgs (16 stones) or around 227 pounds. i've still got another 15kg to shift but man i'm soo proud of my self that i just had to share with someone.

peace out

Tips for a heart healthy diet

* Maintain a diet low in fat. You want to avoid especially fats like butter, coconut oil, saturated fat, hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated fats, animal fats and dairy fats.
* Instead of oil, try using a nonstick cooking spray.
* Always try to buy the leanest cuts of meat. Poultry, fish, and Turkey is a better choice than beef.
* Try to start the day with a bowl of oatmeal.
* Nonfat yogurt and skim milk is a healthier choice than milk fat.
* Do not eat too many sweets or foods with added sugar. Soft drinks and sweetened beverages should be kept to a minimum too.
* Avoid eating more than four egg yolks per week. Usually it is better to eat egg whites or egg substitutes.
* Do not fry foods. Food cooked by steaming or baking is generally healthier preparation.
* Try to avoid fast food chains in general do not have many choices. If you eat at a fast food restaurant, try to make healthy choices for a salad.

Try to do some stretching and simple exercises such as pumps and sit and watch TV.

Congrats... It takes discipline and dedication to come as far as you have. Not many have that kind of motivation but you definitely showed your will power. Keep it up.

That takes some willpower and balls. Good job man.
