weird.. received vials with no labels on them

I got my naps order in.. received two vials of test E with no labels on them from GP and also got my prop from GP to (with label on that vial) I have ordered several times and got everything in timely fashion and no issues.. Just my only concern is that both test e vials were crystallized also.. any one have a similar issue?

I got an order yesterday actually. Just one vial of test cyp. It too was sans label and had crystallized. I wasn't too concerned about it. It was -20 out so I am sure that is why. I will just heat it up in a little water and all will be good.

I figure it is a slick customs thing really. No label, no id. With my order there was no concern that it would get mixed up with anything else. They left the label on one of yours so that you could tell between the contents. That is my theory anyway.

yeah im not too concerned as it did crystallize lol I warmed it up and it is back to normal now.. I am sure it came over seas and landed into NY customs where its redic cold then back down south to me..

This is the first time I have seen and heard of this happening with Naps. Even thought I am a big fan of NG, I would contact them and ask for a reasoning and seek for a resolution. NG is always great on helping their customers out.

I just submitted a ticket. Now my curiosity is up. I am not even remotely stressed about it. I am glad I got it and looking forward to the upgrade. I will just get us an answer.

im not worried too much as it crystallized like i said. Just wanted to keep some update rolling through. Didn't know if anyone else had this same thing go on. I put in hot water and now all is fine.. I had them sitting in a dark room temp file cabinet for 2 days and before placing them in the hot water they were basically back to stable mode.. I still placed in the hot water though

Contacted naps for reassurance got a response and it's g2g.
