hello people , i rarely post cuz i never have ne thing to say

but i thought id let the ppl who kno who i am know how im doing...

last saturday i did my cities strongest man comp, i came joined first for the under 16's devision :D

so before that comp i was like totally deadlifting and squatting my ass off but i guess it paid off

ive bin at my gym since last christmas, and ive bin able to lose a bit on the waist (i only intended in losing weight) but i some how managed to put on 18lbs of muscle in half a year which is amazing..

now im not on this comp im gunna try n lose my gut in the next 4-6 weeks, my 6 weeks holidays cummin up and im hopin to come back to school and shock all my friends..

Does ne 1 think 4-6 weeks to get down from a size 36 to a 32 would be possible?, im on pure whey and creatine, il be training about 4-5 times a week, i was thinking of getting fat burners but apparently its bad because of my age...

i wont be dieting, il just be training hard, i kno they say abs are made in the kitchen but i kno plenty of ppl that havnt dieted their whole life and have gr8 abs.. but when i say i wont be, i will be kind of cuz il just be avioding what i can and eating as much protiens as possible as normal...

id add pics but i cant cuz it asks for the link wen i was gunna run them off my comp its self.. so if sum1 knows how to do that , thatd b great..

IMHO, relax. You are under 16?? Don't rush things. During the growth portion of your life I would not do anything radical, as that could alter the rest of your life. Become calorie deficient through exercise and moderate diet alteration. You do not need fat burners. Will they work, sure, well probably. I have yet to see a fat burner which really works other that thru dehydration, IMHO.

hmm

so what do u mean by dont rush?

ive bin doin this for half a year, and i feel great (well appart from hurting both wrists at the comp..)

Dropping 4 waist sizes in 4 weeks. Too much too fast. 16 lbs of muscle in 6 months doesn't sound realistic either, but what ever u say. Probably 1 reason your wrist hurts, it didnt get strong enough as you progressed elsewhere, again, too much too fast.

Yeah you should just concentrate on getting even more gains...If you gained 16 lbs of muscle in 6 months just go another 6 months... and then worry bout cutting. But I do understand the vanity issue, I mean whats the point of all the hard work if you dont get to atleast show it.

.

yeh i see what you guys mean, i know for a fact i didnt train my forearms enough for the comp, i was training alot harder beofer the comp compared to now, so i am actually slowing down...

and i was just as suprised as u wen i found id gained that much
but its true.. i only get weighed at my gym aswell... now i kno u may say to much too fast but im not pushing myself that hard, its not like ive ever thrown up working out, its just how fast my body gains/loses, its not like i can slow that down...

Yeah, What do you weigh as of currently...and what did you weigh before?

Er

i was just abouts 14 st wen i joined and now im over 15 and a half st..

Sounds like your doing good.
