Ive heard 15, and 45 degrees for the bench, im confused which is it?

I'd say 30-45 is about typical. Some benches are adjustable, some are fixed and rather steep.

If I barbell bench I'm forced into a fairly steep angle, at my gym. If I dumbell bench I use the bottom setting.

A slight angle is best if is a adjustable bench....I have not taken a level to my benches so I have no clue.

The steeper the incline the more you hit the anterior delts. I have used everything from 10-15 degrees to 50-60 degrees depending on what I'm shooting for.

i use the lowest setting, if i use any higher my shoulders hurt

i like to have it 32.8527 degrees sometimes, othertimes when i'm trying to work shoulders i tend to have it at a steeper angle, like 32.8839 degrees..
