I just started a new construction job where im workin 50 hour weeks and one lunch break during the day. So ive been eating a nice large breakfast around 7:30-8:00, and then ill eat an All Bran bar around 10:30 ish, then lunch around 1 (sandwich, fruits, water and some almonds or other nut) and then I eat a protein bar and a banana around 4ish. then im done work, and go on with regular eating. What are some other healthy, high protein snacks I can stick in during the day? I am liking protein bars so far, as they keep me pretty full and with energy (wich i need).
Also, is it healthy to eat protein bars every day? I used to try and keep my synthetic protein intake to a minimal, but ive been eatnig bars and shakes daily due to my shedule. what do u guys think? any one else in a similar situation where u dont have alot of time to eat, or need healthy, high protein snacks u can just whip out? I need em! lol
