What are your workout splits/programs on a cycle?

I swithc it around alot, whether on or off cycle. Anything from an old school bb approach 1 bodypart/day to more of a powerlifting type split, to movement based(upper push, upper pull, legs).

Just wondering what some of the big guys here are doing?
 
Training 3-4 days a week very high intensity with workout during close to 2 hours. On a 3day split with pleasing results, as i hate training legs even if they are a strong bodypart i use that kind of split for now.
Day 1:Shoulder,traps,biceps,hamstrings
Day 2:High and lower back,triceps and calves
Day 3:Pecs, quads,brachial and forearms
Abs,intercostals and core training on off days with cardio
 
I always train fewer days, but longer hours on training-days. The main reason people dont grow are over-training.
 
Same approach as Myron, my job is quite strenuous , with those 2 hours training session, it takes up to three to four days before i'm no longer sore!!!Even with extensive stretching!
 
4 day split
Mon - Chest, Bi,s
Tue - Cardio
Wed - Back, tries
Thurs - Cardio
Fri - Shoulders, calfs
Sat - Cardio
Sun - Legs
training is as how we feel , if were strong we go heavy, if not go lighter its all about knowing your body and how your feeling that day imo.
cardio is 30 - 45 min fast walking on a running machine in house (nothing too much).
i feel this suits me as im a bit older (40,s) and rest is crucial for growth.
