been going to the gym and it takes me like 4 or 5 days to recover. is there anything i can take/d to help this.. I am kinda new going to the gym.. I take creatine, protein, multivitamin, fish oil, been going to the gym 2 months now. 4 days a week is all i can manage becouse of the muscle soreness. will this just geet better as i train my body or??

Creatine, Glutamine, and a lot of protein has allways worked well for me off cycle. If you just started getting back in the gym, just give it some time, your body will adjust and you'll start recovering quicker.

whts best during cycle ?

During cycle recovery is easy, I just eat like a horse and let the gear do the work. I drop the creatine while on cycle and pick it back up PCT. IMO food is the best while on cycle..... plenty of protein.

10 -4 i have no prob, eating lol i do the protein drinks and i thinkim gonna try the protein shots idk i was wondering wht or if i need to take anything else other wht i need

Try to get most of your protein from whole food sources. You might also look high dosing vit c. That can help with muscle soreness. If youre on cycle your body will adjust quickly and when the gear kicks in good you will never be sore. Sounds to me that you jumped on the gear to soon. You should be a seasoned workout vet before cycling.

Trust, but most people start AAS too soon. Me included. Oh well, what can ya do right ?

im not doing a cycle.. I don't think i have been going to the GYM long enough to even think about buying a cycle. I would love to try it though. I just think i should be going to they GYM longer first.

I will give the vit-c a try.. I am going to start buying some stuff but dont plan to use anything for 6 mo at least..

No, I can assure you that what you bought is not the real thing.

My 3yr old son has just started SFW. He's on beta-alanine and NeoVar. Next year he's gonna pin his first gears.:clapping:

4 is a little late. Might think about getting him on 3 1/2. I'm sure he will reach his natural potential by then. Maybe you can get his some of that there quality stuff from isteroids...

I wonder if curcumin could help you recover faster by reducing inflammation? I don't know if reducing inflammation helps or hurts muscle recovery, but it would be interesting to find out. I think resveratrol helps reduce inflammation too (or at least in hair follicles, though I think it's a general effect) not to mention acting as a natural serm and ai. Reducing estrogen a bit can't hurt, assuming it raises your test in kind.

What ever happened to BCAAs, those taken in 10-20 grams a day does wonders for recovery especially if you are on restricted cals. Those and your food choices will make the biggest impact; carbs after workouts really help me and weekly carb refeeds seem to make a big difference as well.
