Which creatine product does everyone use?

Pro lab creatine monhydrate.

Prolab or any other brand that uses Creapure creatine.

Plain and simple 100% creating monohydrate...usually from Prolab.

IMO...don't waste your money on expensive products full of sugar like Cell Tech or the like...if you think creatine plus dextrose is crucial than go to a health food store and buy some dextrose and add it to your creatine...WAY CHEAPER

I use the prolab creatine too.

What is "creapure" creatine?

creapure is creatine in its natural elements.. no sugars and shit added.. Pro lab makes it, its 99.99% pure.... its great

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
i recently started taking optimum protein's creatine and its also creapure. you don't even notice its in your drink.

i use celltech and whey protine. is this not as good as using prolab?

I may be wrong on this but I am pretty sure that with the cell tech creatine you get a lot of sugar. Prolab is just pure creatine with nothing else added. Hence the name crea pure

Currently V12 by SAN. Switching between that and Plasma Expandor.

I've never used it before but I'm going to buy an Australian brand tomorrow called Redback. They claim it's "100% pure Creatine Monohydrate HPLC tested of the highest quality."
I'm hoping this means it's "creapure".

EAS - Phosphagen HP is the faster ...

EAS-Phosphagen HP also comes with a lot of sugar built in!

I take pure creatine monohydrate. All those powders out there that offer nothing more than 2 cokes worth of sugar as a specialized delivery system are worthless. Take your creatine with your protein powder and/or meals - you'll get the best results, and the most for your money this way.

I use Optimum Nutritions or Prolabs. same thing.

I'm gonna go against the tide here and say something different.

I have used prolab creatine before and noticed remarkable results. However, I've also used... though I hate to admit it... the cheap wal-mart brand you find in any wal-mart. I haven't seen the same brand they used to have (I figure the creatine fad has faded since it's spurt a few years ago), but it's much cheaper for only like 12 bucks so if ya dont have the dough it's still worth it. However if you do have the money go with prolab, just for peace of mind, I mean I'd trust it more and i'm sure the effects must have been slightly better than the cheaper brand.

however, i will note that I saw a friend of mine that had some stuff he bought at wal mart and just about nothing ever happened. He concluded kinda what askjoe said about it being just sugar.

I haven't done my research on it in so long, but I understand not to even bother with the liquid or pill forms as they provide no beneficial gain. Then again, something may have come up since the long long time ago I used Creatine.

keep using cell tech and youll always be a wannabe lifter. most of muscletech's stuff is no better than anyone elses, jsut better advertised. stick with whey and a creapure creatine.

Nahh he???ll be a gr8lifter just a broke one. If you have the money to buy that stuff why not go with something like Plasma Expandor. I hear a lot of people getting good results from that.
